If you can, please keep a watch on the Indooroopilly "stationmasters house" ... 159 Central Avenue.

This is a disgrace ...!

The former "six packs" were three stories high, and had 5 or 6m setback ... this proposal has 2.5m setbacks from the side boundaries and the site appears far too small even for a sixpack ...!

The architectural drawings always show the subject building ... with nothing adjacent. But a similar building can be built on both sides such that the "space between buildings" is reduced to HALF that for sixpacks ...!

And in this format, none of the units have much chance of through ventilation so most will have or have to have, air conditioning ... yet another example of why ENERGEX requires parks for substations ...!

So paradoxically, as more people are jammed in, there is LESS park and open space per person ... and Brisbane is already way below the recommended space per capita ... and planning to make it far far worse.
