KENMORE SOUTH STATE SCHOOL VISITS CANBERRA!!

Kenmore South State Primary School students were welcomed to Parliament House by their local Federal Member, Mr Michael Johnson MP, during their visit to Canberra earlier this week.

Federal Member for Ryan, Michael Johnson, presented the 50 visiting students with a certificate signed by both the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives, to commemorate their visit.

Michael spoke with students about his job as the Federal Member for Ryan and answered questions from the kids on a range of issues.

"The students were very enthusiastic about their visit and after their tour of both the House of Representative and the Senate, they had plenty of questions for me," Mr Johnson said.

"It's great to see students really getting involved and taking an interest in the Parliament of Australia."
